About Penelope's  

Situated halfway between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, Penelope's Teas & gifts is located in Old Town Lompoc.  We are an American tearoom with a decidedly British influence.  Furnished with antiques, the tearoom is decorated in a comfortable non-fussy Victorian manner.  There are varieties of seating styles, from formal dining tables and white wicker to relaxed, large leather chairs.  We offer seating areas for 2-4 people and larger tables for groups.

Our gift shop carries a wide assortment of tea-related items and fine bone china, as well as over 50 kinds of loose tea.

Hours & Location

Penelope's is open Wednesday through Saturday, 11AM - 5PM. Our last seating is at 4PM. Reservations  are suggested, especially if traveling from out of town.

The tea room is available for reservation on Sundays for large parties.

LOCATION

Penelope's is located at 105 West Ocean Ave in Lompoc, just west of the H Street and Ocean Ave intersection.  Parking is available along the street and side of our building. Look for our burgundy awning!
